Intelligent（Rubber ) Asphalt Distributor
EQUIPMENT INTRODUCTION
This equipment was specially designed to accurately distributing/spraying different kinds of asphalt materials, such as hot asphalt, asphalt emulsion, modified asphalt, asphalt rubber, etc. It is mainly composed of truck chassis, insulated asphalt tank, computer-control spraying system, automatic-control heating system, asphalt circulating and pumping system, hot oil heating and circulating system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, operating panel and integrated control unit. This equipment was firstly developed and manufactured by our company in China.
PERFORMANCE INTRODUCTION

Asphalt spraying operations can be conducted through the operating panel in the cab by one operator or the driver.

The spraying width is adjustable. Each spraying nozzle can be controlled automatically and independently, and the maximum spraying width can reach 6 meters.

Unique nozzles design can achieve triple-overlapping asphalt spray to guarantee uniformly spraying.

Asphalt spraying amount can be metered and controlled, which is not affected by truck speed.

Equipped with safe and reliable automatic-control Burner and hot oil heating system.

After finishing spray, the asphalt pipelines and pump are not required to clean and flush by diesel oil. It makes use of pneumatic system to purge the asphalt remained in the pipelines and pump back into the asphalt tank, and makes use of hot oil circulation to ensure pipelines and spraying nozzles not to block.

The control system introduces modular design, which is easy for troubleshooting and maintenance.

A standby control system is available and can be started immediately to ensure non-stop spraying once the main control system failed.

The asphalt rubber distributor is equipped with two agitators on the top of tank

Equipped with a flexible hand-spraying system.

Excellent heat-preserving performance and the average temperature drop is less than 1 ℃/h.

Asphalt can be filled and discharged by the pump as well as filling asphalt through the manhole.
